I made this card for a magazine submission but I liked the results so much I wanted to share it here as well. The technique is a simple stamp "kissing" technique but done on glossy paper. The train image was created by "kiss" stamping the non-inked train (Stampin' Up!) on a black inked mosaic background stamp (Hero Arts) and then stamping the mosaic background stamp on glossy photo paper. Cut out the panel and mount it on black paper and trim that. The wavy lines are just torn silver paper (The Paper Company). The text is a rub-on (Fiskars/Cloud-9-Designs) that is available in sticker, rub-on and acrylic stamp format.
